Refund & Returns Policy
At Mod Beans Coffee, each batch is roasted with precision and care to deliver consistent quality and great flavor. Our goal is for every cup you brew to meet your expectations.
Because coffee is a perishable product, we’re unable to accept returns on roasted coffee once it has left our facility. However, we always want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please reach out, and we’ll make it right.
If Your Order Arrived Damaged or Incorrect
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description (photos are helpful). We’ll review your request and either:

Replace the item, or

Issue a refund to your original payment method.
If You’re Unsatisfied With Your Coffee
Taste can vary, but quality should not.
If you’re not satisfied with your coffee, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to find a solution — whether that’s recommending a different roast or offering store credit toward your next purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
